I am a regular viewer on YouTube and every time I log in, a video from Kurtis Grant's channel plays automatically, even though I have never watched his content before. I have tried blocking the channel, but the videos keep showing up as if I had watched them in the past. This is very frustrating for me, and I believe something might be wrong with how the system suggests videos. Kurtis Grant's channel has only 4k subscribers but gets around 200k views per video, making me suspect some manipulation. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved, as it is bothersome and seems to be affecting others as well.

There seems to be an issue with the Kurtis Grant YouTube channel. Despite having only 4,[redacted] subscribers, their videos continuously appear as my last watched video on the platform, even when I have not intended to watch their content. Their videos pop up even when I had been watching something else previously, making it frustrating to navigate. Additionally, all comments on their videos are disabled, adding to the suspicious nature of the channel. This situation is bothersome, and I would like to see this problem resolved promptly, whether through terminating the channel or fixing the issue affecting my account.

I am a 62-year-old individual who struggles with technology. My account, which I primarily use to watch videos and stay connected, has been blocked without warning for violating rules. Despite reaching out for assistance to resolve the issue and retrieve my account, I was told I needed a URL, which I am unfamiliar with. The platform refers to my account as a "channel," which adds to my confusion. I suspect my phone was hacked through YouTube, as strange content appeared on my feed. I feel isolated without access to my account, where I watch videos like Joyce Meyers and stay informed about current events. My lack of understanding regarding technology makes this situation challenging, as I rely on my account for connection and information. I would appreciate any guidance on how to address the hacking incident and regain access to my account. Thank you for any assistance provided.

I am ** years old and don't have much understanding of computers or phones. My account on a platform, which they refer to as a channel, was blocked without any warning. They claim I violated rules but won't explain further. I primarily use it to watch videos, stay informed, and feel connected to others as I am a shut-in with no family. I believe my phone was hacked through this platform, and now I can't access it to watch videos I enjoy or to get news updates. I'm confused about needing a URL to contest the block, and when I tried to seek help, I received no assistance. I feel frustrated and unfairly treated by their lack of communication and support. My neighbor suggested I seek help to stop the hacker. If someone can guide me on obtaining the URL, accessing my email, and securing my account, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have been managing a YouTube account called "My Man In Champagne" for many years. I have uploaded over [redacted] videos and gained a lot of subscribers. Lately, when attempting to sign in using my email address "[redacted]," I am redirected to another email ("idontwantanewaddress.com") and a different YouTube account named "Jiles Halling." I am not interested in this second account and would like to avoid deleting my primary account, "My Man In Champagne." How can I regain access to my original channel?

I am seeking assistance through YOUTUBE to address the issue that is preventing me from signing into my YouTube account using my Gmail or Hotmail account. Whenever I attempt to sign in, I encounter the message: "Action Not Allowed; Please try again." If my YouTube account has been suspended, I believe it was done unjustly as I did not receive any warnings or notifications regarding any policy violations. I have not engaged in any prohibited activities in recent months. Therefore, I kindly request the GOOGLE TEAM to liaise with YOUTUBE TEAM to reinstate my account and allow me to access it through my Gmail or Hotmail account. Thank you for your help!

I was part of a YouTube family plan with Premium benefits activated for all members. Recently, I joined a new YouTube family plan with Premium enabled for everyone as well. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to access the Premium features such as ad-free video viewing and background play on YouTube. I confirmed with the other family members, and they are able to utilize the Premium features without any issues.

I am seeking a refund and cancellation as I have mistakenly ended up with 2 separate YouTube TV accounts instead of one as intended. I am looking to be refunded the $64.99 and have one of the accounts canceled promptly. The initial charge was made on November 21, [redacted]. The account requiring cancellation was charged on that date. Thank you for your prompt assistance. Best regards, Larry Hunter

I signed up for YouTube TV a year ago, canceled for a few months, then renewed at a $10 higher monthly rate of $64.99. Despite being a longtime YouTube Red customer, I now can't add anyone to my family plan as the system limits this to once in 12 months. I've attempted to contact customer support without success. I'd appreciate any assistance. Thank you. - Janna

Hello! I am experiencing an issue with the YouTube Music platform. The music player on the website is not working, specifically on Google Chrome though I have tried other browsers as well. When I attempt to play music, the player fails to appear. This problem started after I upgraded to YouTube Premium. Previously, when using the free version, the player worked fine. I would appreciate some assistance in resolving this matter as I want to utilize all the features I am paying for. Thank you for taking the time to read my message! Have a great day!

A few months ago, I was offered a special deal for YouTube Pro through Greentree - 5 years for $99. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been disappointing. They often interrupt my downloader to push additional offers, causing my downloads to fail. Last week, I signed up for a YouTube Premium trial with the code YTR-Y9BK-WQT3-KNKT-FEQM, but I haven't received the new Premium download file. I prefer to deal directly with YouTube and not Greentree. I have decided to forget about the $99 spent due to the frustration. I would appreciate receiving a new downloader from YouTube instead. My Greentree account number is 7C866880-F41D-[redacted]-2A69-9300C0956E15.

I started a livestream and accidentally had some Mexican music playing in the background at the beginning. The livestream stopped working after a few minutes, and I haven't been able to stream for over three months since then. I'm unsure of the exact ban date as I cleared my inbox recently. The stream was taken down when the music was detected, but I did not receive any copyright strikes. I really need to start livestreaming again because my audience is eager to interact with me, and this ban has disrupted the momentum I had built with my streaming activities.

Hello, I wanted to address the recent issue with our video content. We believe our videos comply with your guidelines. It is concerning that our videos are being restricted without clear justification. We understand that one of our previous videos was also age-restricted, despite following all guidelines. We kindly request a detailed explanation for the restrictions imposed on our content. If there are no valid reasons for these restrictions, we request that both videos be made age-restriction free. We appreciate your prompt response. Best regards, Techgamingrebooted

I signed up for YouTube Music on 11/07/[redacted], as you recently charged my card on 12/07/[redacted]. I had planned to cancel the trial before being billed. Could you please refund the $9.99 charged to my debit card ending in [redacted]? I am unable to continue the service presently and will revert to using the free version, though it doesn't compare. Kindly assist with the refund.

On November 2, [redacted], I signed up for a supposedly free two-week trial of YouTube TV. However, on the same day, $64.99 was deducted from my checking account. I tried to request a refund but received a confusing response stating my claim was not valid. Subsequently, my wife's checking account was also charged $64.99, and despite my refund request, we never received a response. We believe we both deserve a $64.99 refund for each account and would appreciate confirmation of this. Thank you - S.B., email: [redacted]

I noticed 14 unauthorized charges on my bank card from Mountain View, California, each for $15, most likely for YouTube membership. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, this $[redacted] loss is concerning. I have never bought anything from YouTube and do not plan to in the future. It seems like a fraudulent purchase. I urge YouTube to investigate this matter thoroughly and consider their employees' involvement in potential fraudulent activity. Your cooperation in conducting a legitimate investigation is greatly appreciated.

My YouTube TV service is very poor with blurry and distorted picture quality. I recently purchased a new router, modem, and TV, so the issue is not with my equipment. I've been a YouTube TV customer for over a year, and the service has been lousy lately. Even my neighbors are facing similar problems on their TVs. I had my Wi-Fi checked, and the speed test results are good, ruling out any equipment issues on my end. Despite the recent frustrations, I've enjoyed YouTube TV and would be disappointed to consider canceling my subscription. Upset customer.

I've recently uploaded a 6-hour 4K 60 fps video on YouTube, and although it processed in SD and HD, it's only displaying at [redacted] resolution. I've been informed that for large files like this, around 109GB, the video may be processing in the background at a higher resolution and can take days to update to 4K. Unfortunately, there's no confirmation or direct contact with YouTube to verify this. The video was produced using GoPro 4K and a high-end laptop for rendering, edited in Filmora at 4K resolution with 60 fps, and slightly shrunk with Movavi while maintaining quality. Prior to uploading, the video had no quality issues, but now the quality on YouTube is poor. Help me resolve this issue, please.

Hello, I am concerned as someone has recorded a video call of me and uploaded it on YouTube. The YouTube customer service representative contacted me and mentioned a video sent to my wife's number, asking for a payment of [redacted] INR to resolve the issue. They provided the account details of Mr. Umesh Thakur. I am unsure if this is a legitimate request from YouTube or a scam. The individual gave a contact number - [redacted]37. This situation has caused me great distress. Please advise me on how to handle this. My name is Arjun Das.

I am in a difficult situation as I am terminally ill and awaiting disability approval in December [redacted]. I am unable to work due to my condition, which has left me in constant pain and sleepless nights. To ease my financial burden, I kindly request a waiver of payment for December or to defer it until January. Having a commercial-free service would greatly help me distract myself during this challenging time, especially considering my wife has left me to care for our children alone. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
