Hello, I am having an issue with receiving the payment for items I sold on eBay. Even though eBay shows that the money should be in my account by now, it has not reflected in my PayPal balance. I realized that PayPal notifications are going to an old email address of mine instead of the updated one. I have contacted PayPal to correct this to [redacted] Despite being informed that the payment would be released within 24 hours, it has been a week now without any progress. I have reached out to the buyer who claims that eBay mentions the issue is on my end. The PayPal email mentions a payment made by marquos for order number 18-05[redacted]8, item id [redacted]9 on Oct. 17, [redacted]. I understand there might be a hold due to me being a new seller, but I would appreciate it if the payment could be directed to the correct email address, [redacted] once resolved.

Good morning, I recently sold a Laptop on eBay for £[redacted].00 with £12.00 for postage. The buyer is now requesting a refund, claiming the Laptop is faulty because they can't enter their password using letters. I have a good reputation on eBay and stand by my products. The return case number is [redacted]. Despite my attempts to communicate with the buyer, they haven't provided any evidence of the issue. I erased my data and updated the software before selling, and I believe the Laptop is in working condition. I suggested they get a report from a professional to identify any problems. I'm frustrated by the buyer's behavior and insistence on a refund, especially without proof of a fault. I stated no returns in my listing as I believe the Laptop is fine. I purchased an outdoor storage unit that arrived broken on November 2nd. I have been trying to resolve this issue with the seller and eBay ever since. The seller claimed to have sent a return label, which I never received. Now they are threatening to withhold my refund if I don't return the item by the 18th. The seller instructed me not to use the address provided for the return and assured me they would arrange for a collection. Despite my requests, they have not provided a telephone number. I am extremely frustrated with their lack of communication and service. I have informed them that I will contact trading standards. I have sent multiple messages with my address and phone number for the collection but have yet to hear back. I urgently need my refund to purchase a replacement, but I am not satisfied with how this situation has been handled by eBay and the seller.

I need assistance with my return request regarding order number 17-05[redacted]3 for item ID [redacted]61. The seller is avoiding accepting the return and even accusing me of damaging the item. They initially provided a returns note from the post office, but later sent a different courier to collect the item, which I handed over. Unfortunately, I cannot mark the item as returned since a different postage label was used. I fear the seller may find more reasons to avoid refunding me for the damaged item. The lack of communication from eBay exacerbates the situation, leaving me stressed about the costly item. I am struggling as I cannot afford to bear the expense, and the absence of a direct contact number for eBay adds to the frustration.

About four months ago, while starting my journey on eBay, I unknowingly listed a product from a brand without the intention to cause any harm. Hi, I am writing about a payment issue on Ebay. I used my Visa card to pay for an item priced at £8.50, but I was charged £10.50. There seems to be an additional £2.00 charge that I would like to have refunded as there should have been no postage charges. I purchased a floor lamp from Direct Lighting, and it was delivered to the incorrect address. Even though I had clearly specified my new address in the order notes, it was sent to my old address at No 31 by mistake. Despite reaching out repeatedly to the seller since finding out about the misdelivery on the 9th of November, they have not been responsive and keep directing me to check the delivery details. eBay has been altering my listings without my permission, allowing offers from customers. My prices are already low, and I recently faced a situation where a listing was changed right before a sale, leaving me feeling pressured to accept a lower offer. This resulted in me losing part of my profit. I am upset and frustrated. I am requesting Ebay to refund the £7 difference and ensure that my listings are not modified without my consent. I am considering switching to Etsy due to this issue. I hope for a resolution and my money to be returned.

I purchased an item similar to the ones I sell. The seller gave me negative feedback, indicating I packaged items poorly when I haven't sent anything to her. This feedback could harm my sales. My eBay account has been suspended. This is the message they sent me. After reviewing the activity associated with my account, they have suspended it due to what they believe is risky activity to the eBay community. They take the safety of their marketplace seriously and have decided to make the suspension permanent. This means I cannot buy or sell anything on eBay, and any other linked accounts will also be suspended. I understand their decision, though it may cause some inconvenience, as there is no option to appeal.

After recently creating a new business eBay account and listing my product, I received a message just 10 minutes later informing me that my account has been suspended. The communication from eBay states: Hello jacko_stor786, Upon reviewing the activity associated with your account, we have decided to suspend it due to potential risks it poses to our eBay community. Ensuring a secure marketplace for all users is our top priority, which has led to this permanent account suspension. Unfortunately, there is no option to appeal this decision. I made a purchase on eBay, but the item was never delivered. eBay Customer Service assured me of a refund. I waited two weeks and didn't see the refund in my account. eBay explained my payment was linked to a PayPal Guest account I didn't recognize. After two more weeks of contacting PayPal, I provided all required documents but still couldn't access my money. They asked for my bank details to process the refund directly into my account, which I found concerning. I just want my money back to the original payment method without giving PayPal access to my account. I prefer not to be associated with PayPal. My main concern is getting my refund. I purchased a coat from America on October 2nd, but it got stuck in customs after arriving in the UK. I reached out to the seller for information, and they advised me to contact Royal Mail. However, I believe that as a customer who paid £40 for shipping, I shouldn't have to handle this. Unfortunately, after 21 days in customs, the coat was sent back. I opened a case due to the lack of response from the seller. Today, November 28th, the case is still ongoing and now on hold until December 5th. I feel eBay may be favoring the seller, which is concerning. I fear the item may be returned to them without my knowledge, leaving me without the product or a refund. Additionally, I've had trouble reaching eBay for assistance as their contact service is not working.

I recently bought an HP Zbook 14" laptop for my grandson's Christmas present on 23-07-20 from eBay seller ZELSUS. When I went to charge it on Monday, 31-11-20, I discovered it wasn't working. A technician said the Motherboard needed replacing and it would cost more than the laptop's value. I paid around £[redacted] through Paypal and contacted the seller, Marius "surname unknown," who asked for an additional £30 for delivery and repair costs. This would result in a substantial bill.
