I am awaiting a refund for a faulty Sat Nav that I returned on February 5th and the seller received on February 7th. I initiated a case and was told I would be refunded as a gesture of goodwill by March 4th, but both cases were closed without me receiving the refund. After contacting PayPal, I was informed no refund had been issued since February 7th. I have tried reaching out to eBay Help and Support via email multiple times, but have not received any responses. With eBay discontinuing phone support, their customer service has deteriorated compared to Amazon, which has helpful staff. I believe this issue should be reported on Trustpilot.

Hello, good evening. I have been waiting since November for my eBay orders. I am waiting for five Mountain Face jackets in different colors and a dark green t-shirt. When checking my purchases, it shows that my parcels are in transit but have not been delivered. I need to find out what has happened and why I have not received them. Could you please reach out to Hermes courier on my behalf to inquire about the delivery status? I found one order number: 25-07[redacted]8. Hello, last year in [redacted]/[redacted], I purchased five Mountain Face jackets and a dark green t-shirt. Unfortunately, my orders have not arrived yet. When I checked my purchases, it indicated that they have all been dispatched and are in transit somewhere. I am confused and frustrated by this situation. Hello, I assisted my son in creating a new eBay account yesterday to sell his used Nintendo Wii U along with other items as a bundle. However, within 2 hours of setting up the account, he received an email stating that his account was permanently suspended and warning him against attempting to open another one due to potential banning. This news was incredibly disappointing, especially after investing hours in setting up the account and listing the item. I encountered difficulties setting up my account, leading to its permanent deletion before activation. Hello, I purchased a mobile phone for my daughter but upon payment, the seller notified me that the phone was faulty, which was not mentioned in the item description. I returned the phone via Royal Mail using recorded delivery with a different tracking number for proof. Despite this, eBay closed my return case without issuing a refund. I've contacted the seller twice for a refund, but they have failed to do so. I'm seeking a refund for the order and want the seller to be reported and banned from eBay for their scamming behavior. My name is Olajide Fagbore and I reside at 48 Dunlop Road, Tilbury, Essex RM18 7AR. A purchase of £63.99 was made using a card ending in [redacted] belonging to Miss B T Yussuf at the same address. Miss Yussuf raised a purchase dispute with LLOYD Bank, stating she did not make the transaction, and after their investigation, my name was associated with the purchase. I am seeking details of the items bought, the seller, and the products purchased as I did not make this transaction nor had access to Miss Yussuf’s card. This misunderstanding has led to mistrust, and I am wrongly viewed as a fraudulent individual, which is not the case. I have not made any recent eBay purchases or used someone else's card for transactions. My internet suddenly stopped working without any prior notice. Talk Talk updated their system, but I was only informed about the change a week after it happened. During this time, I switched to Sky, but the new router they sent took three weeks to arrive, instead of the expected 5-10 working days. It then took an additional four days to go live. I had won several bids but was unable to pay for them due to the internet issues, resulting in them being canceled. As a consequence, my account has been suspended. I would appreciate it if my account could be re-activated, as these circumstances were beyond my control.

I bought an item on eBay from the USA and promptly cancelled my order. Despite contacting the seller multiple times, the cancellation lingered. Ebay support informed me to wait until the item would have been shipped, mentioning a possible refund issue due to the seller's funds. Frustrated by the repetitive response, I waited for a month, enduring further delays in delivery. Ebay intervened, assuring me of a refund in 24/48 hours, but I am still waiting. This prolonged wait has soured my experience, given my seven-year tenure with ebay. My PayPal-linked emails and bank account are vital for transactions. I am puzzled by the ongoing ability to make purchases while my issue remains unresolved. I seek a prompt resolution as the current treatment is unsatisfactory, and I am willing to escalate this matter if necessary.

I purchased a HiFi Amplifier from a long-time eBay seller but cancelled and returned it within the allowed "cancellation and refund within 1 month from receipt" policy stated on their eBay page. Despite providing detailed information and support documents, the seller has not refunded me or responded to my emails. I opened a refund request with eBay, but it was rejected, and the case was closed. I believe my explanation was not considered properly. I am looking to appeal the decision, but the online process does not offer a suitable way to do so. I need to contact eBay customer service, preferably through the eBay UK office as I am English.

I purchased an iPhone from Tech Mobile4U at the end of November as a Christmas present for my daughter. It was advertised as brand new, but issues with the camera began shortly after she started using it. I sent it back for repairs, but more problems arose once she started using it again. After contacting the seller for the second time, they now want £60 for additional repairs. The original advert implied new sealed phones, but their response revealed they were not brand new. The wording in their advert seems to have changed. I no longer trust this product and I believe a refund is necessary since it was not fit for purpose. I have all communication with the seller available for review.

I am trying to reach a customer service representative at eBay as a buyer. The online help tabs redirect me to my account, and despite calling several numbers, I have not received an incoming call back. I urgently request that eBay contacts me at 01[redacted]49. Failure to do so will lead to me seeking assistance from Trading Standards. I purchased a hazardous item on your platform, a gas fire that leaks gas and is a threat to my safety. It is essential that this issue is addressed promptly. Online support has not resolved my concerns; therefore, I ask for a phone call at 9 am on Thursday, 16th. If I do not hear from eBay, I will involve Trading Standards to intervene. I demand a full refund for this dangerous product and do not want a replacement. It's frustrating to be left waiting without any communication from eBay. Despite not receiving the return label from eBay, I created and sent the package, which the website shows as delivered. The seller has both the money and the item, and I am left empty-handed due to the delay in the eBay refund process.

I purchased a Nintendo Switch on Ebay for [redacted] pounds plus postage, which was supposed to be jailbroken. However, upon receiving it, I realized it was only an attempted jailbreak with a cheap memory card and corrupted data. I returned the item, unfortunately forgetting to include the HDMI cables and straps. The seller received the switch in working condition but claims it's not the same one. I'm frustrated as I feel I've been scammed as I didn't get what I paid for. I've contacted Ebay for a refund, but they have refused. I just want either the jailbroken switch as promised or my money back. It's frustrating that this person seems to be getting away with this.

I am quite dissatisfied with the situation regarding an item I never received, even though eBay sent me a proof of delivery. Despite contacting the seller, providing CCTV images showing no delivery was made, and having my regular postman confirm this, the seller refused to address the issue. I had to involve eBay on March 18th, only to find the case closed without any chance to discuss it further. It's not about the money but the principle. The lack of goodwill from the seller and eBay's lack of support have left me very frustrated. I am now contemplating closing my eBay account as I feel disrespected and unappreciated for my loyalty and honesty.

I did not receive the mouse I ordered for my laptop back in February. I opened a request and closed it later, stating that I did not receive the item. The seller, Imte74, is now privately contacting me and asking for payment for the item, although I have not received it. I have reached out to the seller again, but I am worried about receiving direct demands for money. The item, a Trust Mi [redacted] Optical USB mouse, was ordered on the 14th of February for £2.19 plus £3.19 for postage. Despite the seller's claims, the item was not delivered, and I need assistance with this matter.

I'm having trouble getting a refund for an item that didn't match its description. The seller has not accepted responsibility. I've received a return label but can't print it as I don't have a working printer. Hi, I recently created a new eBay account, following all their guidelines about having two accounts at the same address. I started selling different items on this new account and had two successful sales. However, both funds from these sales were put on hold. This morning, I discovered that my account had been suspended without any explanation. I'm unable to reach eBay to discuss this issue, and the lack of a contact number is frustrating for sellers like me. I've tried the chat bot but didn't make any progress. I'm now stuck without a way to access my new account and resolve this issue. eBay's current system makes it very challenging to speak to a real person for help, instead redirecting me to unhelpful automated responses and articles.

I recently purchased a Metallic Firepit from eBay, and it arrived on 9/3, but the product is defective. After complaining to the seller, they directed me to a Royal Mail site to return the parcel, which is proving difficult as the company's name, HSI Global Ltd. at B1 Edison Street, Glasgow G524JW, is not listed there. The seller also provided a site for returns that only accepts packages with specific dimensions, not fitting my larger parcel. Despite eBay instructing me to take the package to the Post Office to be dispatched by Royal Mail, I faced issues due to the company name not being recognized. Complaining to eBay's assistant did not yield a solution, as they just advised contacting the seller. This situation is frustrating, and it seems the seller is intentionally making the return process challenging. I need assistance as it appears this company is knowingly deceiving customers by selling faulty products.
