Disgruntled Customer, Regarding your previous message, I understand your frustration. The perfume being offered is Marc Jacobs Divine Decadence 100ml EDP, not the original Decadence. While I tried to rectify the error by withdrawing and relisting, eBay's policy prevented me from doing so within 12 hours of the auction ending. If you prefer not to proceed, I completely understand. Divine Decadence is a newer version with a slightly different fragrance. The price is set considering the lowest available online. Please let me know your decision, and I will proceed accordingly. I contacted eBay customer service through the number provided on their website and spoke with a representative named Robin. After reconnecting, Robin called me back from a different number. He was assisting me in setting up my account to purchase a truck from Marketplace. He confirmed the legitimacy of the truck and guided me to download an app called AnyDesk, followed by my bank's app and Cash App. He had me perform some test transactions, most of which were reversed, but two, one for $97 and one for $10, went through. When I asked for the truck's address, Robin said he would text it to me, but I have not received it. He also withdrew money from my account and uninstalled the apps. I am now unsure if this was a legitimate process or if the representative acted inappropriately.

I am reaching out to seek help regarding my eBay account suspension due to using a VPN while logging in. After changing my password to regain access, my account got suspended, preventing me from contacting a seller about a recent purchase. Despite receiving an email from eBay on how to reinstate my account, the links provided are not functional. I have been unable to reach eBay customer support via email or phone from Iceland. My frustration stems from the lack of communication channels with eBay. I am seeking assistance as all my attempts have been unsuccessful. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I recently bought an item on eBay. The seller chose Royal Mail for delivery. Initially, they left a note saying they missed me at home. Thankfully, I tracked the package online and requested it to be held at the local post office. The website indicated that an email would be sent when the item was available for pick-up. Growing concerned when I didn't receive any update, I decided to visit the post office. To my disappointment, the item was there but damaged. I reached out to the seller for a replacement or refund, but they claimed it was beyond the 30-day window. I believe the responsibility for the damaged item lies with the courier and should be addressed by the seller.

I received a notification from eBay informing me that my eBay account has been permanently suspended. They did not provide a reason for this decision. I attempted to find out the cause for the suspension through eBay's help function. After much effort, I managed to engage in a "live chat", but the support team only mentioned that I was viewed as a risk to the community and abruptly ended the chat without elaborating. I am unsure about the reason behind my account suspension, but I suspect it may be due to its inactivity for over 10 years followed by recent usage. It appears that something triggered an automated system, resulting in the suspension. My request is simple: I would like to understand the exact reason for my account suspension and seek guidance on the steps required for its reactivation.

Hello, I purchased an "Electric Oven" on 30/7/[redacted] and was told it would arrive within a week. However, it's been almost a month, and I have not received the item. I received a message on the eBay platform with a tracking number stating that the item was delivered. Upon checking with the Post Office, I discovered that the tracking number corresponds to a small "VASE" delivered to a different address, not the "Electric Oven" I ordered. I have tried contacting the seller about this over 20 times, but I have not received any response. I bought an Artiss bedframe in late July [redacted], but only 2 out of the 3 parcels have arrived at different times. The last parcel is still missing, and Ozplaza, the seller, cannot provide me with a delivery timeframe. It has been a frustrating month without any sign of the 3rd parcel. The communication between the courier and me is lacking, and the previous deliveries were left in a common area of my apartment without any notification. My attempts to address the issue with OZplaza via email have been unsuccessful. I am disappointed with this service and would like a refund for the items.

I received a message from eBay on 08/18/[redacted] indicating that an unidentified device had accessed my account. I promptly changed my password. Upon reviewing my recently viewed list, I noticed unfamiliar items. Upon checking my "Purchases" section, I discovered three unauthorized transactions made with my payment method. I removed my payment method and followed eBay's instructions to contact the sellers. Despite messaging the sellers and explaining that I did not make these purchases, I received no response. Two items were shipped on 08/21/21, and the third was shipped on 08/23/21. I did not authorize these purchases and seek a refund. The items purchased are as follows: 1. Sun Canopy - 11-07[redacted]1 2. Safety Vest - 10-07[redacted]7 3. Safety Hard Hat - 14-07[redacted]9 Upon checking, I noticed that despite the delivery status showing as completed, I have not received any of the packages. Thank you.

I purchased a JBL Charge 5 from seller MAGR459136. I sent the money, but received a lightweight knock-off, not the authentic JBL Charge 3 or 4. It barely connects to my Wi-Fi and is not loud as claimed. The seller offered me $70 to keep it, then disappeared when I asked for a return address. It seems like a scam. Please investigate this situation, as their account is now unreachable. This experience has been frustrating, especially since I wanted a genuine JBL speaker. I initiated the return on July 10th and have received no resolution. I'm open to discussing further and hope to hear from you soon.

I purchased a blender on April 20, [redacted]. After not using it for a few months, I noticed a burning smell after only 5-10 seconds of operation in August. I find it concerning that both the original and the replacement machines from the seller exhibited the same issue. I purchased a treadmill in March [redacted], and due to an illness, it has had minimal use. Despite providing evidence, the treadmill is displaying a fault code related to a possible motor or control panel issue. I have been trying to contact the seller via email for four weeks but have not received any responses. The item number is [redacted]52. Hi onsale_uk01, I have not heard back from you after sending multiple emails with attached photos showcasing the issue. The treadmill initially displays a normal screen but switches to a fault mode when starting (as shown in picture 2). In pictures 3, 4, and 5, you can see the limited usage of the treadmill with the protective blue paper still intact. I have explained my situation due to my medical condition, but the lack of response is disappointing. Hello, I had an offer for Bluetooth headphones for months. Someone purchased them while I didn't have internet access and had forgotten about the listing. I am being asked to pay for the headphones, although I haven't received any money from the buyer, so essentially, I am being asked to pay for something I didn't receive payment for. Additionally, I am being charged 16 euros for the dispute case. I don't understand what this fee is for. Is it for the great service provided? I am very disappointed with the platform. It's unfortunate that I missed the purchase and the dispute, but I also feel like I am being treated unfairly. Best regards :)

My computer screen was supposed to be delivered between the 19th and the 24th but was sent to the wrong address. It was supposed to go to [redacted] Atlanta Rd, Smyrna, [redacted], but instead was delivered to [redacted] Atlanta Rd, Smyrna, [redacted]. The owner at the wrong address sent it back to eBay. This was meant to help my son for his final year of high school and college. Now the computer is still not fixed, and the screen is at the wrong address. I am requesting assistance. The computer screen needs to be returned to me at [redacted] Springbrook Trail, Smyrna, GA. This mistake has shaken my confidence in eBay. I am upset with this delivery error and the inconvenience caused. My name is Thomas Oldfield, and I am frustrated with eBay for this costly error. I have placed an order but encountered issues with updating my debit card information and shipping the items as a gift to my friend. Despite changing my debit card number, it seems eBay's system does not recognize my intent to ship to a different address. After being promised a call back, I have not received any further assistance. This situation is consuming a lot of my time and causing me distress. I was unaware of any shipping restrictions and feel frustrated that my order has not progressed smoothly. I simply want to buy gifts and have them sent to my friend in Florida. I plead for someone to assist me promptly and resolve this matter. If shipping directly to my friend is problematic, I am willing to receive the items and send them myself. I recently won an auction for a Roman States postage stamp, but I'm unable to proceed with payment due to an issue. Every time I try to pay through Paypal, a message pops up stating that the seller does not ship to P.O. Boxes. However, the seller confirmed via email that they do ship to P.O. Boxes as they did with my previous purchase of two Canon Cameras. I have refrained from bidding further due to this problem and have tried to cancel the stamp order without success. Please lift the block on my account, or you will lose me as a customer on eBay. Additionally, there are instances where the feedback link for purchases is missing. Kindly address these issues promptly.
