Dear eBay Support Team, I have been waiting for three weeks now with no resolution in sight. Despite being promised a response within three days, I have yet to receive any assistance. The excuse of not working on weekends is unacceptable. If you can arrange for a collection in one day, then why can't you provide the missing parts on the same day? The product was supposed to be posted today, yet I still haven't received it. The lack of pleasant customer service and continuous excuses are disappointing. I discovered missing parts after setting up the product, notified the company, and was assured of speedy delivery, yet it hasn't arrived. After being given multiple deadlines that were not met, my frustration has only grown. I feel like I am not being taken seriously, and the service I am receiving is subpar. The delays in sending out the missing parts and processing my refund feel intentional. I am dissatisfied with this experience and will not recommend this company to others. I bought an item in March [redacted], but it didn't fit my vehicle's part. I returned the driver side mirror cap soon after receiving it, but I haven't received my refund yet. When I contact the company, they redirect me to eBay. I need my refund promptly back on my bank card. It's been six months since I returned the item, and I've been patient enough. eBay should reimburse me as I returned it within the first 30 days. Please expedite the process and put the money owed back onto my card.

I placed an order on August 31, and on September 7, the USPS tracking only showed the label created. I reached out to the seller to inquire about the shipment status, as I had paid $15.50 for shipping and expected a faster service. The seller's response was defensive, blaming the post office. They offered a return, which I accepted due to their tone and excessive messaging. Despite the seller's promise to accept the return, they proceeded to create unnecessary tension by claiming precautions and taking a self-righteous stance. I decided to reject the package before it reached me and initiated a chargeback through my bank to dispute the transaction. Even after I expressed my dissatisfaction and contacted eBay to intervene, the seller continued to send messages with accusations and unwanted communication. I believe the resolution lies between my bank and me, and the seller's interference is unwarranted. My bank issued a temporary full refund as they investigate the situation, with the assurance that any necessary adjustments will be made. The seller's persistent attempts to engage despite my disinterest have made the situation challenging to resolve.

I purchased a Soft Surroundings dress from Brande5979 for $60 on September 3. The dress, which arrived with a tracking number provided by Brande5979, came directly from Soft Surroundings with a stated total cost of $[redacted].90 ($[redacted] plus $25.90). Even though the charge does not appear on my card, there is a pending charge of $[redacted].54 from Soft Surroundings that they have no record of. They claim the order was for an overnight express shipment, but I have no record of placing such an order. I have disputed the mysterious charge and my bank suggested closing my current credit card and getting a new one, which I am in the process of doing. I suspect a connection between Brande5979, as they are a new eBay user with no ratings, and this situation. Soft Surroundings mentioned they do not have any eBay accounts, further adding to my concern.

My company ordered a rim (eBay item # [redacted]44) for a [redacted] Lincoln MKX. The manufacturer indicated there is only one rim for this vehicle. The rim we received matched in size and design but was a different color. Upon return, the reason for return was not listed, so I selected the closest option available. The seller promptly refunded the rim cost but not the shipping cost, citing the reason marked was not eligible for return shipping reimbursement. Despite several contacts with customer service being assured eBay would resolve it, over two months have passed with no resolution. I am seeking to escalate this with a live customer service Manager. I purchased a set of 4 new tires, but received 2 33-inch tires that are incorrect and 2 35-inch tires that are the correct size. I only want to return the 2 wrong tires for the correct ones because I need them. I contacted the seller, who initially said they would resolve the issue, but now they are requesting all 4 tires to be returned for a refund. I cannot communicate with anyone at the company, and I urgently need the right tires. I am struggling with back issues and cannot lift the tires for return. This situation is frustrating, and in the future, I will choose to shop on Amazon for better service.

I've been trying to get in touch by phone, but all I get is a complete runaround. This is my first experience with eBay and it will be my last. I ordered item #[redacted]00 on September 4 and paid $[redacted].93 through PayPal. The seller, Lindyloo-US, contacted me saying the item couldn't be shipped due to being unattachable. Meanwhile, I need to purchase another item, but PayPal says I can't get a refund for 90 days. On your site, all I see is that the item is pending cancellation. This situation is unacceptable. I need to buy another item, but I can't even reach out to anyone at eBay for assistance. Every number I call just directs me to your website, and I can't seem to make any progress.

I've been a dedicated Ebay user for over two decades, both buying and occasionally selling items. A few months back, my account was unexpectedly suspended without a clear explanation from Ebay. Since then, I've shifted my shopping activities to Amazon, where I've been a customer for nearly as long. While Amazon offers a wide selection, I still prefer Ebay for unique items and better prices. I sent a framed print via UPS, but it arrived damaged. I refunded the buyer and need to file an insurance claim. I have been a member since [redacted] with the user name tombstone2016 and over 2,[redacted] positive feedback. However, my account shows a different username, laadc-75, instead of mine, which has been causing issues for months. I have tried contacting eBay, but no one has been able to assist me.
