I have not yet received my order with reference number 02-08[redacted]1. I paid $15.99 for Ajwa Dates a month ago. Despite contacting the seller and eBay, both claim the item was delivered. Even after checking with USPS, the situation remains the same. I have followed all suggestions to locate the package, but it has not turned up. Living in a rural area with few neighbors makes the search even more challenging. I am puzzled by eBay's lack of response and why my concerns are being dismissed despite not receiving the product. I have encountered an issue regarding a payment discrepancy with eBay. I was informed that there is an outstanding balance of £45.20 due to a payment being returned to my bank account. However, I received confirmation from eBay that the payment of £45.20 was debited from my account on January 20th and there was no outstanding balance at that time. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that there is no dispute or rejected payment on their end. They are unsure why eBay claims that the money was taken back due to a dispute. I am hesitant to make another payment of £45.20 as the initial payment was already debited from my account. I have been on the phone with my bank for over an hour, and they have no record of any dispute with eBay. This situation is causing me distress as I do not have the extra funds until February 7th, [redacted]. This unexpected turn of events is unfair, especially considering I have been a loyal eBay user since [redacted]. The uncertainty and stress caused by this issue make me consider quitting selling on eBay altogether.

Seller amaze_271 misled me by selling a counterfeit JBL Charge 3 speaker for $[redacted].42. I paid an additional 3.07 euro upon a late delivery of the parcel. Despite reaching out, the seller never responded, leaving me with a fake item and no recourse for a refund. The delayed dispatch caused the return window to close before the product arrived. I have evidence in photos showing the item, the package, and the weight compared to a genuine JBL Charge 3.

I purchased two bearings from a seller in the USA, advertised as 'Genuine' Maserati parts, but they did not work in my car's ABS system. The garage suspected they were not authentic as they didn't bear the SKF stamp, unlike the pictures in the ad. After having genuine Maserati bearings installed, my car is now functioning correctly. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times, but he claims the return period has passed and is now unresponsive. I incurred over £[redacted] in expenses fitting and replacing the fake bearings. The help pages are overly complex. Customers shouldn't have to sift through irrelevant information for hours without finding solutions to their issues. My order was shipped to an address I haven't lived at for six years, despite providing my current address. It seems you used outdated information instead of the correct address I provided for this order. The seller suggested I contact eBay, which was surprising. I fear the seller won't send the items I ordered. Accordingly, I am requesting a refund for the Birkenstock Unisex Arizona Essential Eva Sandal in black, item number [redacted], from seller advanced_personal_care, with order number 24-08[redacted]8. I encountered a scam on Ebay from seller Molly Alsop([redacted]) on November 11, [redacted], for a [redacted] Lexus GS. Ebay Motors has confirmed it was fraudulent. I am requesting a manager from Ebay to contact me regarding a refund or credit of the $[redacted].00 lost. The transaction seemed legitimate, with a payment page through Ebay. I used four Ebay cards, each worth $[redacted].00, for payment. I possess the used cards, purchase receipts, and the provided car purchase invoice. The customer claims we sent an incorrect part, but upon reviewing the app, the part sent matches what was displayed. After troubleshooting with the customer, it was discovered he purchased the wrong part. No return of the item has been received, and $[redacted].85 remains on hold. Two additional items have been sold, but the funds have not been credited, despite the items being delivered. Additionally, a shipping label was accidentally purchased twice for $21 with only one label printed, and the $21 was not refunded. The customer is seeking assistance but is unable to contact directly. Would appreciate guidance on how best to address these issues.

My account got suspended on Sunday, and I suspect it was due to a report from a buyer whose order I had to cancel. The account is new with only one feedback received. Out of the six sales I posted, five were canceled due to non-paying buyers and suspicious addresses. I've been in contact through the live chat and was informed to verify my account by sending necessary documents which I promptly did. However, I've faced difficulties trying to explain my circumstances to the live chat agents. I'm eager to resolve this over the phone, but I've been unable to connect with anyone. I am unable to request a call back, and all provided numbers lead to automated assistants directing me back to the website's chat service. It's extremely frustrating as my account is legitimate. Last week, I spoke to someone who agreed to reinstate my account after hearing my plans. I desire to resolve this issue, but I've encountered obstacles. I seek guidance on how to proceed as I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance.

I purchased 2 packets totaling £7.20 from Marlee-UK, but received the wrong item. Despite asking for a full refund, they only refunded half. After unsuccessful attempts to get my full refund, I left a negative feedback. Now, Marlee is offering a full refund if I remove the negative feedback, but I find this unfair. I wish to block this seller and stop the ongoing emails from them on eBay. I believe sellers like this should be removed from the platform. How can I find the setting to block sellers on eBay like Amazon offers?

I apologize for the delay in my response to your case closure. Unfortunately, due to a challenging situation with FedEx pickups and returns and my COVID illness that left me unable to return the package promptly, I faced difficulties. Despite contacting you and the seller numerous times about my illness, there were delays in receiving the return label. Eventually, I managed to return the package to FedEx, but it seems there were issues with the delivery. I understand the importance of timely returns, but I feel unfairly penalized for circumstances beyond my control. I require urgent resolution to retrieve either my money or the shoes I returned. Customer service is crucial, especially during these trying times, and I urge for understanding and assistance in this matter.

I fell victim to a scam and initiated a claim, but have not received any follow-up communication. Now, despite sending photo evidence of the buyer's deceitful actions, I am being wrongly charged. The buyer not only failed to return my product but sent garbage in one box and two of my perfume bottles filled with soap in another. Initially, I was supposed to receive 5 new boxes with the perfume bottles, but only got two boxes with no perfume, just soap, and an unfamiliar empty bottle. I reported the buyer on both auctions totaling over $[redacted] and seek for them to be flagged and banned for scamming, as I believe others may have also been affected.

I recently set up a new account on eBay, but I've encountered some issues with fake $[redacted] bids on $20 items. Despite legitimate customer orders, my account was suspended without explanation. I was browsing cars on an online marketplace when I came across a [redacted] Acura TL listed in San Diego, CA. After contacting the seller, a woman told me she wanted to sell the car due to the tragic passing of her son. She claimed the car was in another state but assured me she had arranged everything through eBay for safety. She instructed me to purchase $1,[redacted] worth of eBay cards, which I did. However, I later learned about a scam involving eBay and the seller asking for an additional $1,[redacted]. I requested a refund due to the confusing situation. The seller admitted the car was still in Virginia. I am seeking a resolution either with a refund or the delivery of the car.

I am concerned about the negative feedback regarding a seller who has not refunded buyers. I had a problem with a seller for an order that I canceled within 5 minutes of purchasing it on January 3rd. I sent a message to the seller the same day I purchased the item to cancel the order and requested a refund to my credit card. The seller only replied on January 4th, stating they have forwarded my concern to their department and will get back to me shortly. Despite sending various messages to the seller and expressing my concerns, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. On January 7th, the seller sent me a similar message about escalating my request. According to policy, they had three days to respond with a decision, which has now passed. I informed you of my concerns last week, but there seems to be a misunderstanding as you mentioned today that the order was not canceled in time. I demand a refund to my credit card promptly, or I will escalate the matter to the ombudsman for Canada if not resolved within an hour.

I am currently experiencing recurring issues with eBay. My items are repeatedly flagged as "counterfeit" when listing them, despite being authentic products. This has occurred three times within the last two months. The latest flagged item was a new Reebok t-shirt with tags, and the previous one was a new Reebok printed football jersey with tags. Understanding that fake items exist, I acknowledge the concern. While I am willing to have the flagged items removed as other sellers have experienced, my account has been restricted each time: first for three days, then seven, and now ten days. I had no prior listings of these flagged items, so I am perplexed by the restrictions. Despite contacting Customer Support and requesting to speak with a supervisor, no resolution has been provided. My eBay account was suspended without any clear reason. I was actively using it to make purchases yesterday and even created some listings today. Some of the listings were successfully posted, and then suddenly, my account was suspended. I find this situation absurd as I have always followed the rules for buying and selling on eBay. The process for resolving issues and getting feedback is quite frustrating compared to other online platforms. Good morning, my wife and I bought a phone on eBay. We were happy with what we saw on the auction and won it for £[redacted].86. A few days later, the parcel arrived but the box was unusually light. Upon opening it, we discovered that the seller had sent us an empty box. We have opened a case against the seller on eBay but have been advised by eBay to obtain a crime reference number.

My debit card information was stolen recently and used fraudulently on eBay. $[redacted].80 was deducted from my account for purchases I did not authorize. I flagged this with my bank, who promptly deactivated my card. Despite filing a written dispute, I still haven't received a refund. eBay falsely claims the card details match my address and email, but they do not. How is it possible for a stranger to use my card information to make purchases with a different name and address?
