I completed the initial contact, but unfortunately, the seller has not responded to me yet. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed further. I am requesting a refund for an item that came with a 2-year warranty but failed after only a few weeks of use in my car. It is disappointing that sellers like this are allowed on eBay without providing adequate customer service. Despite my first attempt to request a refund, the seller has not even acknowledged my messages. The attached photos show the faulty center bearing that I purchased.

I placed an order, but then I was informed that my account has been suspended indefinitely. After a callback, I was told my order was canceled, and if I don't owe anything, I might get a refund in over [redacted] days. I feel like I am facing discrimination. I have multiple undelivered packages from previous orders. If I don't receive a refund promptly, I will take legal action for poor service and discrimination. The product I ordered was collagen. I don't sell on eBay nor do I owe anything. It's frustrating that I have not received my orders or refunds despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue.

I attempted making multiple offers to a seller, who rejected one and later declined another. With the auction about to end in three minutes, despite finding the base price high, I decided to place a bid. After placing the bid, the seller declined it. Surprisingly, the auction was then extended by 23 hours. This is a first for me after years of using eBay. It seems like my bid may have triggered a bidding war. If everything had been as usual, the auction would have ended, and I might have won. However, the sudden 24-hour extension appears questionable as it feels like a tactic to attract more attention.

I am having trouble accessing my eBay account because I forgot to update my phone number when I moved from Europe to Japan a few months ago. The system requires a code sent to my old phone number for verification, and I am unable to receive it. This prevents me from logging in and accessing customer service. I opened a case where I was found not at fault and eBay Customer Support refunded the buyer. However, the buyer refuses to send back the gun I sold, leaving me out $30. Despite the case being closed, I still haven't received my $30 or the gun. I want my money back from the uncooperative buyer, but I can't open a new case or find suitable options on the menu. The automated messages I receive from eBay only confirm the case resolution and offer no further assistance. I am frustrated about losing both the money and the item, amounting to $60. The lack of support from eBay is disappointing, and I need help resolving this issue.

Almost three years ago, I had listed a long arm quilting machine on eBay with no buyers. After removing the listing, I donated the item to a friend. I am unable to resolve this matter via email. Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone. When I called the customer service number, I was asked irrelevant questions and then the call was abruptly ended. This issue only arose when I tried to seek clarification and received no response. In today's world, effective communication methods are crucial, and hiding behind websites and emails only creates more problems. While I appreciate using eBay, I desire direct personal contact for certain matters. Could this incident deter me from using eBay in the future? Yesterday, I placed an order for 2 hard drives on eBay, and I have been charged for them. I would like to know when they will be shipped. I made another purchase last night on eBay, and that order has already been shipped. My main inquiry was about the hard drives' shipping status, but now I am faced with a significant issue. I purchased a walker on eBay, but when the USPS delivered a package with my name on it, it turned out to be a rack for garden tools instead of the walker I ordered. I refused the delivery and informed eBay about the issue, providing pictures to the seller who claims they did not send the wrong item. The item cost me $66, and now I'm left without my money or the correct product.

I won an item from a seller and we agreed to combine shipping with other items I was bidding on. However, the seller canceled the first item, giving me a non-paying bidder strike. They apologized, but then tried to overcharge me for shipping on the other items. When I refused, they canceled everything, preventing me from leaving negative feedback. Now, there is no record of the purchases or cancellations on Ebay. I have been a user for over 20 years and this behavior is not acceptable.

I recently sold item number zzz, but there was a delay that led to a dispute being opened on E-Bay. Despite sending the item and the buyer receiving it, E-Bay decided to refund the buyer. I appealed this decision by providing proof of delivery, and I successfully won the appeal. E-Bay informed me that they would release my funds. However, days later, the buyer contacted me claiming they received the item and got a refund. I am seeking assistance in obtaining the funds that are rightfully owed to me for the item I sold.

I noticed an unauthorized charge on my bank account for items I have not received. The castor oil and clothes totaling $24.93 were due to arrive by October 8th, but have not been delivered. The automated system does not recognize my order, even though the charges appear on my bank statement. I request a refund or shipment of the items promptly. I do not wish to pay for customer service on an order that has not been fulfilled as promised. I expected notification when the package was shipped, which I did not receive. I came across a [redacted] Nissan Murano on Facebook Marketplace, and later received an email from eBay with instructions and a picture of the car. The invoice number provided is [redacted]. I was in communication with a Marilyn Williams regarding the purchase, but now she has stopped responding. I bought the car for $[redacted], which was a [redacted] model, but now I can't get in touch with anyone from eBay. I've been trying to get ahold of Marilyn Williams since last Saturday but haven't received any responses via email. I have the cards and the receipts, and I urgently need a refund. I bought a face cream online and was sent a leg cream instead. Despite initially claiming they did not receive the return, the seller refunded me a reduced amount, deducting for supposed shipping costs. I explained that there were no shipping fees on my original purchase, and I only returned the item as it was not what I ordered. They insisted on keeping $6.43, refunding me $15.33 instead of the full $21.76 I paid. The seller also accused me of ordering the wrong product, but I had purchased face cream as advertised. I seek a full refund as it's more about the principle than the amount.

I purchased two carburetors, but only received one. After contacting the seller, they assured me another one would be sent and provided a tracking number. However, USPS has no record of receiving a package. Despite eBay's involvement, I have yet to hear from the seller or receive any updates on the tracking information. I placed an order for a countertop ice maker about 3 to 4 weeks ago. However, I have not received it, even though I was charged for it. I would like a refund and to cancel the item because I have since purchased a new one and no longer require it. The item was bought from eBay Motors. I have been attempting to contact customer service for the last 2 weeks, but have not received any response. I urgently need the refund to be credited back to my account.

I bought a Gotoh 5th string tuner from the All Sound Store on October 2nd and paid for it. They claimed it was delivered to my P.O. Box on October 7th, but it never arrived. I initiated an inquiry and was told that I would hear from the seller, but they only sent one email stating they would look into it. I was instructed by the customer service to reach out if the issue was not resolved by October 19th, and now I am doing so. Today, my postmaster confirmed that no such package was received. The USPS tracking number provided, [redacted][redacted]2, was deemed invalid, leaving me without the tuner. It seems the seller may have lied about the delivery. How can we work together to resolve this issue?
