I recently experienced a theft at my house and had to secure my main account remotely. However, I am unable to access the phone number linked to the account. I am in urgent need of accessing my main account, [redacted] I now have a new phone number, [redacted]1, and have temporarily set up an account under [redacted] I have answered the security questions as requested but unfortunately still cannot regain access to my main account. Your assistance in helping me recover my main account would be greatly appreciated.

Forty-eight hours ago, I attempted to access my account and was informed that my password had been altered, even though I did not make any changes. It seems someone has compromised my email. I verified that the password I input was correct. Upon trying to recover my account, the only options provided were to send a verification code to an email I can no longer access or to an old Comcast.net email that is inactive. After several unsuccessful password attempts, I have been locked out. The email address I am unable to access is [redacted] My name is Lori Evans, and you can reach me at [redacted]. I am attempting to regain access to my Google account as I have forgotten my password. Despite entering the correct email and the code sent by Google, I am unable to proceed as I do not have a cell phone to receive the text message. I have attempted to use my landline number but have not received any code. Following the provided link for account recovery only leads me to the same page, creating a frustrating loop. I need to access my account to cancel my subscription to CBC GEM, as I have been unable to use it due to login issues caused by recent system updates. Suggestions to create a replacement Google Account are not helpful as that is not what I want. My frustration with this process continues to grow, and I wish I did not have to deal with these complications.

I recently lost all of my emails in my Gmail account "[redacted]" after mistakenly deleting some messages from the "Trash" folder. Despite following the steps provided by the "Gmail message recover tool" and receiving a message that the account was successfully recovered, only 18 messages were restored. The majority of my emails from the last decade to the present are still missing. I could use some assistance with this matter.

Since last August, my phone has been hacked. I have changed my internet password, all Google account passwords, and Wi-Fi passwords, but the issue persists even with new phones. The hackers access my emails, delete downloads and pictures, and have locked me out of my phone. I need evidence of this unauthorized access as it is emotionally and mentally exhausting. We have tried multiple solutions, including new phones, SIM cards, and passwords, yet the problem persists. Those who engage in such activities should face consequences. I can be contacted through my work email as it seems to be the only account the hackers cannot access.

My phone unexpectedly reset, deleting all my apps and login information for my Google account with 2FA. The number associated with TextNow was created through Google sign-in, making it impossible to access either account due to mutual verification constraints. Fortunately, I'm logged into YouTube premium on my TV as the only other linked device. I have my email, password, and backup email for Google but am stuck in the 2FA recovery loop. I made a second Google account to use Google One for customer service, hoping for assistance. Despite speaking with multiple support agents and supervisors, I was informed they couldn't help with my Gmail access. Any suggestions for Google account recovery would be greatly appreciated. My Google Pixel 6a was stolen, and I am struggling to use the two-step recovery phone number to receive a text or code. The security codes for signing into Google are not working either. It's frustrating not being able to access my old email, [redacted], on my new phone, a Motorola Moto G on AT&T. I urgently need to recover my account, as it contains all my passwords and important information from years of use. Four days ago, I noticed that my primary Google account had apps that needed updating. When I tried to update them, there was no progress, and I kept receiving notifications saying the updates couldn't be completed. I followed Google's troubleshooting steps, but none of them worked. Unfortunately, I am currently without a computer and the recovery phone number I had listed for 2-step verification is no longer in use. Although I remember my email, password, and security questions, as my phone was my only logged-in device, none of the suggested fixes from Google helped me download apps or updates. The last resort was doing a master reset on my phone, which ended up erasing everything. I am now in a difficult situation because my phone is the only device with access to my Google account, and I can't use the inactive phone number for verification. I recently purchased a 100GB plan from Google One to back up everything to the cloud, which I did successfully, but now I am unable to access my files.

Today, my girlfriend created a Google Voice account. When she tried to call me, it displayed a number, 1[redacted], associated with my phone through the carrier, but neither Verizon nor Apple could locate it on my account. Oddly, only she and I can successfully dial this number, while others encounter a non-active line. She has since deleted the Google Voice account, yet she can still reach me using the provided number.

My Google Ad campaign got suspended due to suspected fraudulent payment activity. I am puzzled as my bank account is set up for auto debit with Google. I'm unsure why this is happening as there has been no recent account activity. I plan to appeal the suspension, but I'm unsure of what steps to take given the lack of activity on my end. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but this situation feels like a scam. I would appreciate speaking to someone to understand what may have gone awry.

My son's phone was stolen, and now he is unable to access his Google Drive for schoolwork or change any account settings. His account has 2FA enabled through SMS, but without his phone, we can't receive the codes. We have been looking for solutions online with no success. I reset the factory settings on my phone without entering my Google password first, and now I can't recover it. It asks me to enter a recovery email, but I don't have access to that password. I used my phone number for verification, and I am receiving codes on my phone, but the website doesn't give me the option to enter that verification code. It just says this account has been attempted to be opened many times. I tried several times later in the day and stopped trying last night, but the issue persists today.

My phone was stolen, and then my Google and Facebook accounts were hacked. The hacker changed my account information and has been extorting money from me to return access. They are also using my accounts to scam people. Additionally, my Cash App, Chime, PayPal, Venmo, and Current bank accounts have been compromised. This Google account holds 18k images of the past 15 years of my life and my children's lives, and I desperately need help recovering it. I have details like contacts, stored photos, original phone number, addresses from my Google timeline, and previous account information that might be helpful in regaining access.

I have had my Gmail account for nearly a decade. Recently, my Leveno computer got a virus when my ex, who was upset, was trying to "fix" it. I suspect the virus accessed my cloud without my knowledge. Lately, I have been prompted to change my password frequently, escalating to daily changes. I keep a record of recent passwords, often variations of my original one for memorization. Due to this situation, I am on the verge of losing my tax practice and my home by tomorrow. It is urgent that I recover my account today.

My YouTube account got deleted because they say I did a scam? Scam on your face, crap hole! Scam, what? I only used it to watch, never tried to create content on YouTube. I only made random videos. If someone hacked my account, isn't it your fault to let them log in from another location without authentication? I have all the security features activated, how did they bypass it and post some scam stuff on my channel? You guys have location data, why don't you know about it? Check out my channel: [redacted].

I need assistance from Gerena to recover my account. My email is [redacted] and my UID is [redacted]. Unfortunately, while playing with my friend Oyinpikin, who used hacks on his account without my knowledge, I got suspended when I logged in today. I have tried everything to fix it with no success. I recently noticed a charge on my account for Google ads totaling $[redacted]. I took immediate action by contacting my bank to block the card once I realized it was legitimate. Despite my efforts, the charges were still pending, leading me to get a new card. Due to the swift action, Google's attempt to charge the new card was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, the initial payment went through as confirmed by my bank. I am now in the process of trying to recover the funds that were wrongfully charged.

My friend recently experienced the termination of multiple YouTube channels, including one dedicated to his cat, allegedly due to violations of the terms of service. I am puzzled by how a cat video could violate any terms, but that's beside the point. I have gathered screenshots showing various individuals claiming credit for collaborating to mass report his channels. Despite this targeted attack seemingly fueled by personal vendettas, is there any recourse available to address the situation? He has migrated to a different platform only to face continued harassment from the same group, which we also have evidence of.
