Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account [redacted] as I cannot use the phone number linked to it. I received an email stating that it will take 30 days to restore my email account. I have tried reaching out to Google support for a call back, but have not received any response from them. I urgently need access to this account and cannot wait for 30 days. I am reaching out about the suspension of my domain name due to verification problems. I need to clarify that I own the domain legitimately, and when I bought it, I was living in the UAE, hence why I selected the UAE for the payment and domain address. I have now moved to Ireland and can supply legal documents to confirm my identity as the domain owner and provide my new business address. I have submitted this information to Google Domain team, but the process is taking longer than expected. Thank you for your assistance and understanding.

Dear Meesho Team, I have been experiencing significant challenges with my recent transactions with your platform over the past month. Here are the issues I have encountered: 1. Order ID: [redacted]55, AWB: [redacted][redacted] I paid for 4 Wall Clock items but only received 2, with the other 2 missing and my payment not refunded. 2. Order ID [redacted]33 Despite ordering an Orange Anchor Wall Clock from Reina Creation, I received a different product. Multiple return attempts were unsuccessful due to courier refusal. 3. Order No. [redacted]66 Ordered a Majenta Bandhani print kurta set but received a Maroon one. Return was canceled due to color discrepancy. 4. Order ID- [redacted]30 Ordered a Green/Yellow saree but received Maroon/Orange, and return request was denied by the courier due to color mismatch. I request a full refund for all outstanding orders due to ongoing discrepancies and unsatisfactory resolutions from Meesho. I need to share the scenario I encountered: I had two Gmail accounts - d***@.gmail.com (the new one I wanted to keep) and s***@.gmail.com (the old one I planned to delete). While logged into *****@***.com, I added s***@.gmail.com. I entered s***@.gmail.com, navigated to its settings, and selected the delete account option. Worried, I backed up d***@.gmail.com data before logging out and removing all traces of the account. After signing into s***@.gmail.com, I deleted the account. Fortunately, d***@.gmail.com remained active discrediting my fear. Therefore, deleting an account doesn't affect the one used for adding another (by selecting the Gmail image and ‘Add account’), but the account you choose to delete in its settings.

I purchased items from Meesho, and one product was delivered on April 16. Unfortunately, I was not in town since April 15 due to a family emergency, as my father passed away. When I returned to Hyderabad on April 29, I realized the size of the product does not fit. I contacted Meesho's helpline, but was told that the return window had closed. In my situation, I was unable to return the item within the given time frame. I am requesting a refund of Rs.[redacted] for the trendy denim women's jeans pack of 3 and for the product to be picked up.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Google account. I created the account ([redacted]) around 8 years ago and no longer have access to the phone number associated with it. Although I remember the password, I am unable to complete the security verification due to not having the old phone number or an alternate email. Additionally, this account is linked to another account ([redacted]) that I am also unable to access. My main goal is to recover some old files and pictures. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We had YouTube TV in Pennsylvania but moved to Washington state in December. My husband unintentionally set up a duplicate account. We have been paying double for our subscriptions since the move. Despite attempting to cancel the old account, we were still charged on his credit card. It has been challenging to receive any support. If we cannot obtain a refund for the months of double billing, we are considering canceling our new account and exploring other options. I spoke with ION from Google Support on Tuesday, May 2nd regarding my phone issues. He was supposed to email me today at [redacted] but I have not received any communication yet. I own a Pixel 6, my IMEI is [redacted][redacted], and I am experiencing text messaging problems. I spent 2 hours at AT&T on May 2nd without a resolution, impacting my work as a Real Estate Broker daily. I need assistance in replacing my phone as soon as possible. I encountered issues with accessing two of my accounts due to verification problems, despite being certain of my login credentials. The platforms wanted to send a verification code to my recovery phone, which I don't have access to, resulting in them not being able to recover my accounts. Both usernames are similar, with only two numbers difference, and I realized neither account had a recovery email listed. I do not want to join your service again and I request the release of my VISA card. Holding my card is unacceptable, and I will contact my bank about this issue. Please do not email me; I have other financial institutions monitoring the situation regarding my VISA card. I refuse to pay any fees. I plan to call my bank to resolve this matter promptly. Google shows your website linked with others, but when I reached out for help, there was no live person available, just automated responses. I urge you to address this matter promptly.

I am experiencing repeated frustrations while attempting to access my Google account. Despite using the 8-digit security codes provided to me months ago, I am continuously prompted to change my password, causing inconvenience every time I log in. It perplexes me that providing my fingerprint, the security codes, and changing the password fail to verify my identity. I have requested multiple times to either grant me access or close the account. I am exasperated by the ongoing security measures and the repeated password changes. It is baffling that even with the provided security information, accessing my account remains a challenge.

Every time I try to access my Google account by entering my email and password, they keep saying they will send a code to my old phone number that is no longer in use. I have tried logging in from my computer, tablet, and new phone, but they all request the code from the old number. This has been an issue for me for the past 7 months, and it seems impossible to resolve.

I have been trying to regain access to my three email accounts for three weeks, but both you and Google have made the process complicated. It is risky to disrupt email service for an 81-year-old woman. I have lost hope in receiving assistance from either of you. I have been unable to reach you through the website, telephone, or the two letters I sent to Google. I feel frustrated that my attempts to restore my email have failed.

I encountered a gift card scam that has been resolved. I requested my son's help in redeeming one of the cards before the scammer could use it. Although I informed the card representative about this, it was not documented, and my son is now prohibited from using Google services due to my mistake. The scammer posed as a friend in need, leading to this situation. I am seeking assistance from Google to investigate and rectify the situation to clear my son's name.

I've been struggling to access my Google account for over four months. Despite having the correct password and username, I get stuck at the verification stage when using a new phone number due to my unfortunate circumstances of frequently changing phones while being homeless. I encountered difficulties with my Motorola 5G Stylus, leading me to perform a factory reset. This action resulted in my service being disconnected temporarily. While trying to recover access to my email at [redacted] on my Ho stream, I managed to enter the recovery email successfully after multiple attempts with the correct password. Subsequently, I retrieved the security code sent to the recovery email and followed the instructions to wait for an access link within 48 hours. Despite this, I received an email notifying me that access to my account would not be granted. The last password I recall using for the email was Cashout7! I previously accessed this email on my work phone with the number [redacted]. I received a link guiding me on how to recover my account, urging me to navigate to manage my Moto 5G Stylus settings in my Google account to access security codes, but the [redacted] email is currently not available for management due to the phone factory reset.

I have created several Google accounts, but being 76 years old and not very tech-savvy, I do not recall making all of them. I only remember two accounts with different personal photos, while the others share the same photo. Friends have alerted me that someone might be using my accounts to create addresses. I want to consolidate to just one secure account to prevent this from happening again. I have been a Google user since its early days and never expected to encounter this issue. I would greatly appreciate assistance with this significant matter.
