I am seeking assistance with a refund for my flight on July 22, [redacted], from Luton to Tenerife. The flight number was W68129, and it was booked through Love Holidays with the reference number LOV[redacted]U. My fellow travelers were Jade R., Aiysha L., and Lamont A. R. Love Holidays advised me to claim the refund from you directly. I tried multiple times to fill out the claim form, but encountered issues. Initially, I was unable to complete the form, and now it prompts me to log into my Wizzair account, which I am unable to access. I attempted to reset my password without success. I received my Wizz Air voucher almost a year ago, right before the pandemic started. Due to the ongoing situation with the coronavirus outbreak, I haven't had the chance to use it yet. The expiration date on my voucher is coming up on February 6, and considering the current circumstances surrounding the virus, I don't foresee being able to utilize the voucher anytime soon. I was wondering if there is any way to extend the expiration date on my gift card. Thank you.

Is it possible for my 15-year-old son to fly from Luton to Bacau, Romania, using his Romanian passport and ID while residing in England? Additionally, if I travel to Romania, will I need to self-isolate? Must I self-isolate if I take a COVID test in Luton or Romania? What are the requirements upon returning to England after a 48-hour stay in Romania?

My plan got canceled, and I need some information about the process. I received this message two days ago: "Please be informed that the exact reason for the delay of flight W6 [redacted] on the GOT-BUD route on December 22, [redacted], is currently undetermined, and the collection of information related to the incident is still ongoing." I replied to this and received a message asking for missing details. In my response, I stated that I do not want vouchers for small amounts for snacks but would like to claim compensation for the canceled flights listed on the Wizz Air website. Please provide me with feedback, at least to confirm that my request is being processed, and I would appreciate some basic information about the progress.

Hello, I booked a flight from London to Bratislava two years ago for the 9th of March, [redacted] at 17:40 (UD4I8T). I received the itinerary on the 13th of December, [redacted]. After a few days, I had to cancel the ticket and the refund was processed to my Wizz Air account. The issue I am facing now is that the credit is time-limited, but I can't access the details even though I still have the credit until probably the 9th of March, [redacted]. I have tried to use the credit to purchase a new flight ticket, but I couldn't find the option to utilize the credit for payment. I also attempted to request a refund to my bank, but I encountered difficulties providing the necessary personal and flight details. Despite multiple tries, I keep receiving session timeout errors preventing me from completing the process. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Hello Wizzair Customer Service, I recently paid a penalty of [redacted]€ for failing to complete online check-in. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the payment online due to my mobile phone and bank card being stolen during an incident on 4 July. I have attached the necessary documentation, including a police report of the theft. I want to clarify that without my bank card, I could not make any online payments until a new card was issued, which took over 5 working days. Additionally, I contacted your customer service the day before my flight and was informed that I could pay for the seats at the airport. Given these circumstances, I believe it is unfair to impose a penalty that exceeds the cost of my flight. I kindly request a review of my case taking into account the proof provided. I have been attempting to contact Wizz Air regarding a cancelled flight (EJFU4R). Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in reaching them through phone calls. Upon requesting a refund on January 29th, I was informed that it would be processed within 72 hours, but it has now been [redacted] working hours and I have yet to see the refund in my Wizz Account. Unfortunately, I am currently in Italy and unable to visit the airport in person. My efforts to reach them via phone in Italy and the UK have been fruitless. In contrast, Easy Jet promptly addressed my concerns over the phone. I urgently require my refund as it is already significantly delayed. I mistakenly chose bank transfer as the payment method, realizing that the bank was outside the EU, incurring additional transfer costs. I purchased flights for three individuals, but I did not receive any reservations even though I was charged for them. During checkout, I received an error message regarding my credit card. I then tried again with a different credit card, and the transaction was successful. However, the first credit card that was declined is still being charged, and the reservations are still missing. I am requesting a refund or voucher for this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I recently booked a flight from Sofia to Varna and later decided to change it to a different date. I made a holiday package booking with LOVE HOLIDAY, but due to Covid, my flights to Cyprus have been affected by the government guidelines mandating both vaccine doses for travel. We won't have our first vaccine until October, delaying our travel plans. I'd like to change the flight dates to the same time next year in [redacted]. However, Wizz Air is asking for a £30 charge per person, and as there are 8 of us, the cost seems unjust as this situation is out of our control. I purchased a ticket for my girlfriend, Lidia Tyshkevich, to travel from St. Petersburg to London on Wizz Air UK Flight W98124 departing on April 19, [redacted], at 20:55 and arriving at London LTN at 22:25. The return flight was scheduled for April 21, [redacted], departing LTN at 06:55 and arriving at VKO Moscow at 12:40 on Wizz Air UK Flight W98125. Unfortunately, the return flight was canceled by Wizz Air. I would appreciate a full refund to my Visa card issued by Bank of America in the United States. I booked the ticket through the online travel agency KIWI. KIWI is not being cooperative in helping me obtain the refund. I am willing to provide my credit card information for the refund.
